Worship

Each Sunday, we gather to celebrate God’s love in a unique worship experience that is designed to help us love God with our heart, soul, mind and strength. We also believe worship involves participation of all of us, so people of all ages serve as readers, offer prayers, share music, and sometimes even preach!

The 10:00 worship service blends a variety of music and traditions that draws on the gifts and abilities of church. From a band (drums, guitars, keyboards and bass) to a choir, we draw on a diverse heritage of music styles.

For those unable to join in person, they can share in the online worship service at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays by going to the church’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hbccartersville ) a few minutes before 10:00 a.m., and clicking on the worship link to join your sisters and brothers in worship!

You can also watch the livestream on our website at 9:55 a.m. as well! Now watch our Sunday broadcast live on our church’s home page.  We will also make these recordings available on our web site for those without a Facebook page.

Whenever and however we worship, we remember that even with our diversity we are united by God’s love.
